Warm medicated oil poured over the body while it is gently massaged.
Kizhi
Warm herbal bundles pressed on painful, stiff areas.
Navarakizhi
Bundles of medicated rice cooked in milk, for weak or wasted muscles.
Udwarthanam
Dry herbal powder massage, rubbed upward on the body.
Bashpa Sweda
Herbal steam bath in a traditional wooden steam box.
Moordhalepanam
Cooling herbal paste applied on the head.
Varna Lepanam
Herbal face pack for the skin.
Agnikarma
Therapeutic heat applied with a metal instrument for stubborn pain.
