This page explains how the clinic website handles information.
Booking information
The booking form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. The website does not receive or store the name, phone number, branch or health concern entered in that form. Nothing is sent to the clinic until you review and send the message in WhatsApp.
Site data and visit counts
The site has a database for clinic-managed information such as photos, reviews, opening hours and doctor listings. It also keeps daily aggregate counts of page views and taps on Call, WhatsApp and Directions. These counts contain no visitor names, phone numbers, health concerns or cookies.
Device storage and external services
Your language choice is stored in your browser. The site does not use advertising cookies. Google Fonts, embedded Google Maps and links to WhatsApp are separate services; using them may share technical information with Google or Meta under their own policies. Telephone and directions links are handled by your device.
Health information
Please share only what is necessary when contacting the clinic. WhatsApp is not an emergency service. For urgent medical care, contact an appropriate emergency service or healthcare provider.
